										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Born and raised in the St. Augustine, Florida area, Gator grew up in the forests and on the waters of pristine &#8220;old Florida” and began pursuing a career as a Wildlife Officer as soon as he was old enough to work in law enforcement. After a successful 30-year career, 25 of which as a Wildlife Officer, Gator retired from law enforcement and joined NRPS as Timberland Security Manager. In that role Gator oversees the field operations of Legacy’s hunting lease management program as well as provides timberland security consulting services to various clients.</p>

Jeff also brings considerable experience with on-the-ground wildlife management such as prescribed burning, food plots establishment and maintenance, wildlife population counts, and game species biology.</p>
