Scott Brodbeck, a native of north Florida, received a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Mississippi
State University in 2000. Upon graduation, Scott began working with F&W Forestry Services as an Assistant Appraiser
working on the valuation of timberland properties and market analysis of rural properties. After several years
with F&W and elsewhere, Scott moved on to pursue graduate studies at the University of Kentucky resulting in
a Master of Science in Forestry with an emphasis in Forest Economics.
Following graduate school, he began appraising investment grade timberland properties across the
southeastern U.S. and overseas with the James W. Sewall Company.
Scott joined NRPS in January 2010 as the Manager of Appraisal Services in the Gainesville office.
Scott’s current responsibilities include the operation and development of the Appraisal Division.
Services provided include valuation and due diligence services on timberland properties for investment,
conservation, recreation, and lending purposes across the southeastern United States.
