Born in Lakeland, Florida and raised in Gainesville, Florida Mandy graduated from Santa Fe Community College in 2003 with her Associate of Arts and currently attends the University of Florida.  Mandy worked in administration in our Gainesville office before changing positions in December 2005 and becoming a part of our Appraisal Department.  She currently assists in the collection, research, and analysis of data for the company’s appraisal and consulting services.
