Born in Lakeland, Florida and raised in Gainesville, Florida Mandy graduated from Santa Fe Community College in 2003 with her Associate of Arts and from the University of Florida in 1997 with her Bachelor of Arts.  Mandy worked in administration in our Gainesville office before changing positions in December 2005 and becoming a part of our Appraisal Department. 

As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Mandy has experience in appraising, feasibility studies, comparative market analyses, and other consultation services. Appraisal projects include, but not limited to, timberland properties, lease lands, agricultural properties, riverfront properties, conservation properties, mitigation banks, and encumbered land. 

She currently resides in North Georgia and works throughout Florida and Georgia.
